Mr. Nshala: My Lord we pray for an interim order to prevent the defendant from dumping at the disputed site due to eruption of fire.

Mrs. Makuru: My Lord we are aware that the site is on fire and efforts are being taken to extinguish the fire.

Nshala: My Lord we pray for an order that the fire be extinguished and dumping be stopped in the course of time.

Upon hearing Mr. Nshala and Mrs. Makuru learned Advocates for the parties it is ordered that the defendants take immediate and appropriate measures to extinguish the fire which has erupted. Furthermore the defendants are barred for 30 days with effect from today to dump any wastes at the Vingunguti Dumping Site to facilitate the remedial measures of extinguishing the fire and minimizing the environmental hazards arising therefrom.
It is so ordered.
