1. This Act may be cited as the Clean Air Act. short title.

2. In this Act unless the context otherwise requires-

THE KERALA GROUND WATER (CONTROL AND REGULATION) ACT, 2002

AN ACT

To provide for the conservation of ground water and for the regulation and control of its extraction and use in the State of Kerala.

Premble- Whereas it is expedient to provide for the conservation of Ground Water and for the regulation and control of its extraction and use in the State of Kerala;

And Whereas in certain, areas of the State the tendency of indiscriminate extraction of Ground Water is continuing;

THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATIONS, 1999

(Under section 5 (1 )(a) as read with section 1 8 ( 1 )(a))

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 18 of the Swaziland Environment Authority Act, 1992, and having consulted with the Authority, the Minister for Tourism, Environment and Communications makes the following Regulations -

Citation and Commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Water Pollution Control Regulations, 1999 and come into operation on the date of publication in the Gazette.

THE WATER ACT, 2003

An Act to repeal the Water Act, 1967 and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

ENACTED by the King and the parliament of Swaziland.

1. Short title and commencement

1. This Act may be cited as the Water Act 2003, and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may by notice in the Gazette, determine.
