Laos: Managing Natural Resources

ELAW partner Hongthong Sirivath is producing a guide to help citizens in Laos protect their land. Trainers will use the guide to help rural communities manage natural resources sustainably. Hongthong spent two weeks at ELAW learning about ELAW`s Community Legal Education Program. Hongthong lives in Vientiane where he works for Village Focus International.
