Protecting the Climate Through Law

ELAW`s Bern Johnson is interviewed on KPFK 90.7 FM (Los Angeles) Mid Day News about using courts to hold countries accountable for climate change.

Bern says: "Legal systems are set up to remedy injustice... The damage we are doing to our climate is going to cause massive injustice. People should be going to court to find ways to remedy that injustice."
